The VeggieTale characters amuse and teach us all through both these entertaining Christmas stories.
The Star of Christmas
This tale is set in late 19th century London and Cavis with Millward (Bob
& Larry) are putting the finishing touches on their first Christmas
musical, “The Princess and the Plumber”. Unfortunately, a
church Christmas pageant staged by little Edmund (Junior Asparagus) the
‘Star of Christmas’ is opening the same night, right down
the street. This unforeseen competition upsets Cavis and he decides to
take action to make sure his show opens on top. Favorably, a fine lesson
is the message taught in this film, where the true story of God’s
love prevails in the end.
The Toy that saved Christmas
Appearing in his own TV commercials, unscrupulous toy maker, Wally P.
Nezzer has convinced all of Dinkletown that "Christmas is when you get
stuff!" With the town's children begging for more toys, it's sure to be
the worst and most materialistic Christmas ever. One brave little Buzz-Saw
Louis doll decides to take matters into his own hands and saves this very
special day.
